I was doing some research about the Battle of the Atlantic and I found a site that says that the HMS Belfast was a Belfast class light cruiser. One of the other sites I found says that she was a Town class light cruiser. Also, from personal experience, I can say that the information on the ship (she is now a war museum anchored in the Thames River in London in case anyone was wondering) says that she is a Town class light cruiser. Does anyone know if there was a Belfast sub class or something like that?
