SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) — Tech stocks headed for another rough trading session Wednesday, as many sector leaders struggled for direction in early action. Declines came from Cisco Systems Inc. , Oracle Corp. , Apple Inc. and Hewlett-Packard Co. , as those stocks added to Tuesday’s big losses. The Nasdaq Composite Index was on shaky ground, rising just 2 points to 2,138 after falling nearly 4% in the prior market session.
